The Integrity Ambassador Program aims to expand the Integrity footprint from an awareness and communication perspective, foster a business environment that is committed to ethical practices and provide additional, local support to employees. Ambassadors act as points of contact for the Integrity function, assist with on-location and in-person follow-ups for Integrity matters where necessary, and participate in management meetings in order to communicate news and developments as they relate to Integrity. In addition, Integrity Ambassadors provide feedback for continuous improvement of the program to ensure we are committed to applying best practices. Ambassadors network currently comprises over 135 committed change agents and is still expanding to ensure representation in each AtkinsRéalis location, worldwide.
The responsibilities related to this role shall exceed no more than 5% of an Ambassador’s time and include, but not be limited to:
- Understanding AtkinsRéalis' Integrity policies and procedures;
- Supporting Integrity Officers in the roll out of communication about new integrity initiatives;
- Participating in regular calls to stay up to date with new integrity developments;
- Assisting with in-person training follow ups, annual risk assessment process, audits and compliance control monitoring where required;
- Notifying the Regional Integrity Officer of any change of location and/or departure.
