AtkinsRéalis Hires New US Regional Partnerships and Programs Director, Josh Laipply

Denver, CO.: January 7, 2025 – AtkinsRéalis, a fully integrated engineering services and nuclear company with offices around the world, announces that Josh Laipply, P.E. has been named the new US Senior Director of Regional Partnerships & Programs. Mr. Laipply joins AtkinsRéalis as the former Chief Projects Officer to the City and County of Denver, Colorado’s Mayors office.

Prior to AtkinsRéalis, Josh spent the last five years with the City and County of Denver as the Mayor’s Chief Project Officer overseeing many of the region’s transformational projects including multimodal transportation improvements and the creation of the City’s RISE bond program. Appointed by the governor, Josh serves as a technical expert to the Front Range Passenger Rail District board member. He served the Colorado Department of Transportation as its Chief Engineer and State Bridge Engineer and is a former Vice President with AECOM.
