We’ve been at the forefront of Atlanta’s infrastructure renaissance, serving as the trusted program management partner for two of the city’s most transformative initiatives: the Renew Atlanta Bond Program and the Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (TSPLOST). These programs represent a bold commitment to improving safety, mobility and quality of life for all Atlantans through strategic investment in public infrastructure, cultural assets and community connectivity.
Following the 2015 voter-approved $250 million infrastructure bond, we were selected to lead comprehensive program management services. Our integrated team worked hand-in-hand with City staff to accelerate delivery across a diverse portfolio of high-impact projects, including:
- Traffic signal upgrades and optimization
- ADA-compliant sidewalks and pedestrian enhancements
- Roadway and bridge improvements
- Complete streets and multimodal corridors
- Public safety facilities and parks
- Public art restoration and civic spaces
In 2016, the City expanded its vision with the approval of TSPLOST, a dedicated sales tax designed to fund transportation improvements. By leveraging the existing program infrastructure, TSPLOST was seamlessly integrated into the broader delivery framework, creating a unified approach to managing multiple funding streams. This strategic alignment enabled accelerated project delivery through phased implementation, reduced cost and schedule risks through the use of innovative techniques (integrated dashboards and reporting tools, portfolio-level oversight, etc.) and enhanced transparency with real-time dashboards and data analytics. It also fostered increased public trust through proactive community engagement, reinforcing the City's commitment to accountability and inclusive progress.
Program management that delivers impact
We brought and continue to bring deep expertise in design and construction management, stakeholder coordination, and digital program controls ensuring every project is delivered with precision, accountability and community value. Our data-driven approach empowers the City to make informed decisions, prioritize investments and maintain public confidence throughout the program lifecycle.
Improvements that reflect Atlanta’s vision
A series of community-focused improvements have been implemented to enhance public safety, accessibility, and cultural vibrancy. Fire stations across the area have undergone renovations to modernize facilities and better serve local residents. Streets have been redesigned into multimodal corridors that promote walkability, neighborhood connectivity, and safer transportation options, including the removal of hazardous reversible lanes. Public green spaces have been revitalized to encourage play, wellness, and community gathering. Additionally, key public art installations have been restored, preserving cultural heritage and enriching shared spaces with creativity and history.
Through visionary program management, we’re helping the City of Atlanta transform infrastructure into opportunity, delivering safer streets, vibrant parks, restored cultural landmarks and a more connected urban experience. This work stands as a model for how cities can build resilient, safe and future-ready communities through strategic investment and collaborative execution.
