Contracted by Hong Kong’s Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) to support the first phase of the New Territories North Development – San Tin / Lok Ma Chau Development Node, Package 3. This project builds on our success in the Fanling North New Development Area (NDA) and highlights our commitment to the Northern Metropolis as part of our long-term growth strategy in Asia.
In this joint venture project with AECOM, AtkinsRéalis will transform 190 hectares of land in San Tin Technopole into a vibrant, future-ready district that supports Innovation & Technology (I&T) development, housing, commercial, and community infrastructure. In parallel, detailed land surveys and strategic planning are vital to facilitate land resumption to create a high-quality environment for sustainable development. To enhance planning precision and stakeholder collaboration, the project also integrates advanced digital tools such as Digital Twin and BIM technologies.
