AtkinsRéalis Acquires ADG, Strengthening Engineering Footprint and Market Presence in Australia

Brisbane, Australia – December 2, 2025 – AtkinsRéalis, a world-class engineering services and nuclear company, today announced the acquisition of ADG, a Brisbane-headquartered engineering consultancy known for its local expertise and agile delivery in civil, structural, and digital engineering across transport infrastructure, commercial and residential developments, and urban renewal.

This move significantly increases our workforce to 350 experts in Australia, and for our clients, combines responsive local teams with global expertise – broadening our services and increasing our capacity to deliver complex, multidisciplinary projects across the Defence, Energy, Water, Buildings and Places and Transportation markets.
