Singapore, 27 October 2026 – AtkinsRéalis, a world-class engineering services and nuclear company, and Sembcorp Utilities Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries (Sembcorp), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a framework for nuclear energy-related knowledge exchange, and the exploration of potential areas of cooperation in the sector.

The MoU establishes a framework for AtkinsRéalis and Sembcorp to collaborate in areas including technical and regulatory knowledge sharing, workforce development, stakeholder engagement, education and training.
